Race Awards
All finishers in each of our three events will receive a commemorative medal unique to the MUM.
In addition, the following awards will go to the fastest runners in the following divisions. There are NO Official Awards Ceremonies.
3.25 Miler (awards available starting at 8:15AM):
Top 3 Male Overall (based on Gun Time)
Top 3 Female Overall (based on Gun Time)
Top 1 Male and Top 1 Female in the following Age Divisions (based on Net Time)
1-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Half Marathon (awards available starting at 9:30AM)
Top 3 Male Overall (based on Gun Time)
Top 3 Female Overall (based on Gun Time)
Top 2 Male and Top 2 Female in the following Age Divisions (based on Net Time)

The event staff of the Marshall University Marathon will do everything we can to make this a memorable experience for you and your loved one. We are runners as well and we know the sacrifice and dedication entailed for you to reach and cross the finish line.
Awards must be picked up by the conclusion of event or otherwise forfeited. We do not ship awards. It is the responsibility of the runner to claim his/her award prior to leaving the stadium. All awards not claimed by the end of race day will be forfeited.
